Scope

KGCI worked with the Delta County Joint School District as the CM/GC to build a 34,093 SF two-story addition to the existing 47,160 SF facility, including:

  • Cafeteria and Kitchen
  • Office/Reception
  • Band and Choir rooms
  • Classrooms
  • Media/Library center
  • Restrooms
  • Sitework, including a new 60,000 SF concrete parking lot, bus loop extension, and 6,500 SF demolition of the existing cafeteria
