Scope

KGCI completed a 21,000 SF interior and exterior remodel of the original 1922 school. The two-story 37,000 SF addition includes:

  • Offices
  • Cafeteria and kitchen
  • Restrooms
  • Mechanical room
  • Storage rooms

This LEED Gold Certified project was the second school facility on the Western Slope to be certified LEED Gold by USGBC.
