Lincoln Elementary School HVAC Renovation

Scope

This project began with demolition and removal of existing interior equipment, including boilers and pumps, duct work, piping, and finishes, followed by demo and removal of the exterior chiller and partial demo of the chiller enclosure. CHWS, CHWR, HWR, and HWS piping was installed, and KGCI oversaw the installation of blocking/backing as required, as well as the installation of 12 new unit ventilators, chiller pumps, tank, separator, and expansion tank.  During HVAC installation, KGCI placed structural fill, formed and placed structural reinforcement, and placed concrete for the chiller enclosure. Following, KGCI constructed the enclosure wall, which was finished with stucco, and installed the enclosure gate.  After installation of all piping to the chiller unit, ventilators, and glycol feeder was complete, KGCI restored all interior finish work.
