Scope and Awards
These ponds are used to raise native fish species throughout western Colorado. KGCI worked with the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation Office in Grand Junction, CO to complete the construction of 22 0.25-0.5-acre rearing ponds which include:
- Associated concrete kettle structures
- Piping over a 24 acre site
- Installation of a 1000-foot long infiltration gallery along the Colorado River
- A 2,100 SF holding and storage facility
